Yate Academy in Yate, South Gloucestershire, provides all-through education from 3 to 19, with a nursery, primary school (called Woodlands), secondary school and sixth form.

Yate Academy joined the Greenshaw Learning Trust on 1 September 2017.
Paul Skipp has stepped down from his role as Principal of Yate Academy with effect from 1 January 2018.
From the start of January 2018, Yate secondary phase has been led by Isabel Ambrose and Woodlands primary phase by Kirsty Borrill. They report to and are closely supported by GLT Director of School Improvement, Ben Parnell, with the backing of the wider Greenshaw Learning Trust team.

The Trustees of the Greenshaw Learning Trust are currently seeking views on the proposal to separate the Primary and Secondary Phase of Yate Academy, creating two separate schools from the current all-through school.
