Yate Academy students visited Bellway’s Ladden Garden Villages
Students enjoyed seeing a working environment outside the classroom.
Students from Yate Academy were given the opportunity to peek behind the scenes and see homes being built at a nearby development.
Rhys Davies, design and Technology Teacher at Yate Academy, said: "Our students received a fantastic opportunity to develop their knowledge of roles within the construction industry and how they interlink with one another. At the academy we place great emphasis on giving our students careers support and guidance. The site visit was a great way for our students to see a working environment outside the classroom.”
